I was pleased to assist Ember's Steakhouse during their Grand Opening late September of 2011. Located near where I live in Summerlin at 740 S Rampart Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89145, I have to say that the interior design is exceptional, the design modern and sleek. Since it was so brand spanking new, every surface had a nice gleam to it. Yes, it is very easy on the eyes, and a great place to dine.
